The room was surprisingly large for a Japanese hotel, especially for the price. The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.
Everything was great. The room was pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The AC was quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and not too crowded. The hotel is very close to 2 metro stations and right next to Starbucks and a rose garden.
The laundry room has only 2 machines. They did both cleaning and drying, which was good, but the dryers were really bad. It took more than 1 hour to dry a week's worth of socks and a few T-shirts, which cost more money and ate up all my morning.

Convenient location from subway. Quite area but just a station or two from center. Clean and convenient. For us it was perfect since we didn’t want to be in a busy region of Osaka.
Room was bigger than average hotels in Osaka.
Construction work nearby. Could hear it every morning, disrupting my sleep.BWH reservationsystem appears to be hacked, and got a scam/pish message on Whatsapp with all the information from my reservation (see screenshot)I was asked to pay on some other site, so be careful not to get scammed by it.I was a lit upset that the stuff did not appear to be concerned about it, when I have communicated the problem, even though it's a huge breach and puting customers on high risks due to the hotel group IT System security broken.

Super nice lady at the reception with fluent English, made our stay very comfortable, whole team of hotel is very helpful and gret location, very close to two subway station, depending on where you traveling in osaka youc an choose the line. Rooms are clean and special thanks to housekeeping for great job.
Great size room, staff spoke great english and were very courteous. Location is ideal, near metro station and within a 30-40min walk from Dotonbori on one side, 20min walk from Umeda on the other side.

Very clean and modern hotel. Directly next to a metro station, from which all major locations can be accessed in no time. The staff was very helpful, including helping me organize luggage delivery. There is a very beautiful rose garden close to the hotel that allows for a nice stroll. This might have been the best value-for-money deal of my entire trip. Highly recommended!
Great location, spacious rooms and friendly staff.
The room was spacious. Enough space for luggage. There was even an extra couch. The staff was super helpful. we arrived before check-in time and they let us leave our luggage. They also helped us send our luggage to other hotel.
